The Wordsmith's Workshop
A publishing site where every new page meant a ticket, a sprint, and a deploy. We rebuilt it so the editors ship campaign pages the same day they are briefed.

A Site Its Editors Can Change Alone
The old theme carried a decade of plugins, and mobile Largest Contentful Paint sat above four seconds. We rebuilt the front end on a small set of well-bounded blocks and wired them to a CMS the marketing team already understood.
Content Audit
Every page type mapped to the blocks it actually needs, and the ones nobody used were cut.
Component Library
A shared set of blocks so new pages are assembled rather than rebuilt each time.
Performance Budget
Image budgets and semantic markup checked before anything reaches staging.
Editor Handover
Preview deploys on every change, and docs that say where each piece of content lives.
Every Page Needed A Developer
Marketing had stopped asking for landing pages, which meant campaigns launched with nowhere to send the traffic they bought.
Performance decayed with each release, and any fix to the old theme broke something else downstream.
Blocks, Previews, And A Budget
A clean rebuild on a modern framework, with accessibility and Core Web Vitals part of the build rather than a cleanup pass.
Editors now assemble pages from blocks, preview them on a real URL, and publish without opening a ticket.
